The Shiawassee Arts Council was pleased to participate in the September 19, 2008 downtown Owosso ArtWalk again this year. Thirty businesses and over fifty artists and musicians entertained several hundred walkers in the sixth annual event. Karen Friday, Lisa Trevino, Peggy Davis, Sandy Elford and Paul Sutphen were the lucky winners of the gift drawings valued at over $500.
