The Shiawassee Arts Council is teaming up with Wendy's Restaurant in Owosso, for the 9th annual "Celebration of Youth Arts Month," in March. The students who participated in SAC's Saturday art classes, creating abstract wood sculptures are excited about the current exhibit of "Going Wild with Wood at Wendy's." Instructors for the project were Sue Newcom, Linda Ruehle and Brian Bruff. The Kindergarten through sixth grade student artists who participated this year appreciate Wendy's for sharing their "gallery" space for our children's art work.

The participating students are: Aliyah Bentley, Taylor Bentley, Jamie Cline, Maya Edwards, Ashtyn Guru, Jillian Klaver, Sara Long, Shannon McAuliffe, Hannah Sanders, Michael Sanders, Claire Wininger and Grace Wininger.
