The Shiawassee Arts Council is teaming up with Wendy's Restaurant in Owosso again for the 9th annual "Celebration of Youth Arts Month," in March. The students who participated in SAC's Saturday art classes are excited about the current exhibit of Frank Lloyd Wright inspired faux stained glass designs created with tissue paper on contact paper. Also, featured are abstract, fused tiles that were created using small glass pieces and then kiln fired to 1450 degrees. Instructors for both projects, Sue Newcom, Linda Ruehle and Brian Bruff and the 17 kindergarten through ninth grade student artists who participated this year appreciate Wendy's sharing their "gallery" space for our children's art work.

The participating students are: Olivia Arend, Adam Dahl, Rachael Dahl, Maya Edwards, Caleb Ellard, Ashtyn Guru, Brynley Hay, Braxton Hay, Devon Hill, Nicole Hill, Jillian Klaver, Shane McAuliffe, Shannon McAuliffe, Sammie Nichols, Emma Numerick, Olivia Pearsall and Liberty Schmidt.
