10th Annual SAC Member Artists Exhibition

Lila Gerber, Kathryn Gehrs-Pahl, Julie Penfold and Ed Gerber helped register artists work in the Shiawassee Arts Center's 10th Annual Member Artists Show. Lila & Ed and Julie are also exhibiting their work in the show.	Mother and daughter artists, Julia Williams of Ray and Stacey O'Neill of Romeo are displaying their artwork at the Shiawassee Arts Center during the 10th Annual Member Artists Show.

A record 113 member artists of the Shiawassee Arts Center displayed and sold their artwork in the 10th Annual SAC Member Artists Show which ended May 20, 2007. The artwork represented a diversity of styles and a range of media including watercolor, oil, acrylic, pen & ink, collage, handmade paper, printmaking, clay, photography, pastel, metal work, jewelry, fiber, glass, metal, wood and more.

During the exhibition all visitors were invited to cast their votes for the $100 People's Choice Award. The exhibition and award were sponsored by Owosso Graphic Arts, Inc.

The Shiawassee Arts Center is located in Curwood Castle Park in Owosso, Michigan and is open Tuesday through Saturday, 12-5pm and Sunday, 1-5pm. The Arts Center features the artwork of local and statewide artists in eight galleries including the Frieseke Gallery and a specialty Gift Shop. The public is welcome and there is no admission charge. The Shiawassee Arts Council is a non-profit corporation working to develop programs and projects that make the arts available to everyone in the Shiawassee area.
