Membership level must be $25 or above (subject to change)

River Gallery

1 to 14 guests - $9 per person or $100 minimum whichever is great for the first two hours,
    $25 per hour thereafter

15 to 50 guests - $135 for the first two hours, $35 per hour thereafter

51 to 200 guests - $175 for the first two hours, $50 per hour thereafter

Cottonwood Terrace Rented with River Gallery

1 to 14 guests - $35

15 to 50 guests - $50

50 to 200 guests - $100

Cottonwood Terrace as a Stand Alone Venue

1 – 20 guests - $100 for the first two hours, $25 per hour thereafter

21 – 50 guests - $150 for the first two hours, $35 per hour thereafter

After Hour Visits

No tour guide requested or use of Galleries

$50 an hour
